摘要：

世界贸易组织(WTO)二十周年之际,由于多哈回合遭遇困难,区域贸易协定发展迅猛,一些人认为WTO的现状不能令人满意,而且前景堪忧。本文认为对WTO现状的消极评价并不客观,对其前景的担忧没有必要。作为全人类最主要的公共产品之一,WTO体制弥足珍贵,而且成效显著,其前景是光明的。中国应该努力维护WTO体制,更加积极地运用WTO和区域贸易协定(RTA),并逐步发挥引领作用。
