摘要：

通过使用2007—2013年我国中小板上市公司的面板数据,结合随机边界效率分析方法检验首席执行官(CEO)的4种权力对科技型中小企业技术创新效率的影响。实证研究结果表明CEO拥有更多的权力确实能够提高中小企业技术创新效率。
