甲型H1N1流感发生后,风险沟通成为我国公共卫生管理领域内备受关注的热点问题。本文介绍了风险沟通的概念及其重要性,针对我国卫生系统风险沟通的现状,设计和提出了卫生系统应对流感大流行的风险沟通流程,即风险认知、风险评估、风险决策和风险传播等。
