摘要：

糖化白蛋白是一种重要的糖基化产物,也是反映糖尿病血糖变化的敏感指标,与糖尿病血管并发症关系密切。现从糖化白蛋白对基质功能的影响、与特异性受体作用等方面,对其在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的作用及机制作一综述,为临床防治糖尿病及其并发症提供新的思路。
