<正>血管性认知障碍(VCI)是由脑血管病危险因素或脑血管病引起的从不同程度认知功能障碍到痴呆的一大类临床综合征[1],包括血管性痴呆(VD)、阿尔茨海默病(AD)伴血管病变、血管性认知障碍非痴呆。随着社会人口的老龄化,脑血管疾病已成为我国乃至全球的高发病,据统计全球约1/3的个体会
