摘要：

以双向转诊行为主体的经济关系为切入点,运用关系契约理论,构建社区卫生机构与城市医院的关系契约模型,分析了双向转诊关系契约的特征,其关系契约自我执行条件表明,城市医院与社区卫生服务机构的医疗服务水平差异程度是缔结关系契约的关键。为我国双向转诊实践提供了一定的理论依据和借鉴。
