摘要：

目的 :探讨食管鳞癌组织中新肿瘤抑制基因maspin的变化。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC方法测定食管癌高发区食管癌组织中肿瘤抑制基因maspin蛋白的表达状况。结果 :食管癌组织中maspin免疫阳性表达率为 10 % ( 3/ 30 ) ,免疫阳性反应主要位于癌组织的细胞浆中。结论 :肿瘤抑制基因maspin可能在食管癌变过程中起一定作用
