<正>肩手综合征(shoulder-hand syndrome)又称反射性交感神经营养不良(reflex sympathetic dystrophy,RSD),是脑卒中偏瘫患者常见的并发症之一,表现为患侧上肢肩和手的关节出现浮肿、疼痛及肩关节脱位,肩部运动功能障碍,后期可出现肌肉萎缩,肩关节挛缩,活动困难,严重影响患者的日常生活功能康复。其发病机制目前尚未明确,可能与反射性交感神经受损,产生一系列炎症和自身免疫反应,生成异常的
