摘要：

既有建筑的节能改造是促进建筑业可持续发展的重大举措,且势在必行,然而到目前为止,我国尚未有一个完善的建筑节能改造的评价体系。本文采用AHP-模糊综合评价的方法,建立既有建筑节能改造项目进行综合评价模型,并应用于威海古北一巷建筑节能改造中,为其节能改造的顺利的进行提供了有效保障。
