新兴市场跨国公司国际扩张：知识框架与研究综述

摘要：

新兴市场跨国公司的国际扩张是近十年来学术界研究的热点议题之一。本文以2008-2016年WOS数据库的690篇SSCI期刊论文为样本,通过文献计量分析、因子分析和多维尺度分析,探索和识别了新兴市场跨国公司国际扩张研究领域的学科知识基础,发现其由新兴市场跨国公司国际扩张的动机及影响因素、不同理论视角、新兴市场情境特征、新兴市场跨国公司特征、运营与决策过程、绩效等六个模块构成。这六个知识基础模块构成一个包括新兴市场跨国公司国际扩张的"情境—理论基础—前因—行为—后果"(CTA BC)知识框架。在此基础上,通过对80篇高被引文献的内容分析,从研究主题、理论视角和研究设计(包括文献类型、数据来源、样本特征)等三个方面揭示了新兴市场跨国公司国际扩张的研究进展,发掘现有研究不足,并以此提出该领域未来的研究方向,为后续研究提供建议和参考。
