摘要
据文献报道,对关节滑液、血液等体液中有关细胞因子、细胞外基质成分及其代谢物和金属蛋白酶等生化指标的检测对骨关节炎早期诊断已展示出良好的应用前景,这些生化指标对检测骨关节炎的临床疗效及预后也有一定意义。
