基于核酸适配体与银纳米粒子探针共振光散射技术检测卡那霉素

摘要
本文建立了一种新型灵敏的基于未修饰的银纳米粒子和卡那霉素适配体为探针共振光散射分析卡那霉素方法。单链DNA能缠绕在银纳米粒子表面,使其即使在高盐浓度下仍不发生聚集。当卡那霉素及其适配体相互作用后,适配体的构象发生变化,不能吸附在粒子表面,在盐存在下,银纳米粒子聚集,产生增强的散射信号。在优化的条件下,散射信号与卡那霉素在2.0nmol/L到20.0nmol/L浓度范围内呈线性关系,检测限为1.0μg/kg。适配体相对其他的抗生素显示出高亲和性,能够应用于鸡肉基质的卡那霉素残留分析。
