<正>帕金森病从传统意义上讲是一种发生在50岁以上中老年的常见的缓慢进展性运动障碍性疾病,病理学上亦被诊断为Lewy小体病,病理改变包括黑质纹状体多巴胺能神经元丢失和含a-突触核蛋白的Lewy小体形成[1]。发生帕金森病的风险是与年龄相关的,占65岁以上人群的1%2%[2]。40岁之前发病的帕金森病相对少见,约占所有住院帕金森患者的3%~
