摘要：

Knowledge management is a new domain of study.Up to now,there is not a unified knowledge of its theoretical issues such as its basic concept.This article attempts to explore the basic concept of knowledge management,the hot topics and difficult points in the study of knowledge management,and the directions for the study of knowledge management.
