吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期COPD疗效观察

摘要：

目的稳定期重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者予以吸入糖皮质激素治疗,进行疗效观察,探讨吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期重度COPD的疗效。方法采用随机数字法将我院2007～2009年符合入选标准的60例稳定期重度COPD患者,分为吸入糖皮质激素组30例,对照组30例,两组均给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德(商品名,普米克都保),疗程均为6个月。结果实验组呼吸困难及生活质量评分、6m in步行距离、肺功能测定等指标均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),且急性加重患者的门诊和住院人次较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期重症COPD有效。
