北京地区鼾症和睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的流行病学研究

本研究对北京城区317个家庭1622个个体进行问卷调查，以了解鼾症及睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的患病率、发病年龄及患病情况。人群平均年龄48．35岁（12～92岁），男765人（47．2％），女856人（52．8％），体重指数BMI平均为22．58±3.61Kg／m（SD）。结果表明：①所调查人群，鼾症患病率为13．4％，发病年龄多在40岁左右；SAS患病率为3．1％，发病年龄为41岁（中位数）。②调查还就公众对鼾症、SAS的认识进行了调查。
