摘要：

本文首先给出一个决策支持过程(DSP)控制的系统结构模型,进而提出了保证智能决策支持系统(IDSS)对DSP实现智能优化控制的方法:问题-模型-求解递阶分层法(PMSH)。应用该方法开发实现的智能化问题处理系统已构成了《陕西省科技经济社会协调发展宏观决策支持系统》原型的核心部分。
