血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗冠心病的现状

摘要
回顾 1998年 2月至 2 0 0 1年 11月VEGF或其基因治疗严重冠心病 13 9例的方法、结果、副作用和安全性。绝大多数患者术中术后无明显并发症 ,术后其心绞痛发作频率、程度、持续时间均有明显改善 ,心肌灌注显像和冠脉造影等亦有明显改善。VEGF或其基因治疗严重冠心病安全有效 ,但仍有一些问题需进一步研究
