手法联合核心稳定性训练治疗非特异性下背痛的疗效观察

摘要：

目的观察手法联合核心稳定性训练(CSE)治疗非特异性下背痛(NLBP)的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将120例NLBP患者分为治疗组及对照组, 每组60例。对照组患者给予手法治疗, 治疗组患者在手法治疗基础上同时辅以CSE训练。于治疗前、治疗2周、治疗6周及治疗结束1年后分别采用目测类比评分法(VAS)评定2组患者疼痛程度, 采用SF-36生活质量评价量表评定2组患者日常社会生活活动能力及整体健康状况。结果经2周治疗后, 发现2组患者疼痛VAS评分、SF-36评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05), 但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分别经6周治疗及治疗结束1年后, 发现2组患者疼痛VAS评分、SF-36评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05), 并且上述时间点治疗组患者疼痛VAS评分[分别为(1.86±0.82)分和(1.12±0.42)分]、SF-36评分[分别为(68.12±10.68)分和(78.68±10.95)分]亦显著优于对照组水平, 组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法治疗可迅速缓解NLBP患者疼痛, 联合CSE训练能进一步减轻症状、增强腰椎功能, 对改善患者日常社会生活活动能力及整体健康状态具有重要意义, 该联合疗法值得临床推广、应用。
