摘要
<正>凝血酶与血小板上凝血酶受体结合,是血小板激活信号转导的重要环节〔1,2〕。凝血酶受体包括:蛋白酶激活受体1(protease-activated receptor 1,PAR1)、PAR4〔3〕和血小板糖蛋白IbⅨ-Ⅴ(GPIb-Ⅸ-Ⅴ)复合体。GPIb-Ⅸ-Ⅴ复合体是表达在血小板膜表面的膜受体,凝血酶高亲和力结合位点位于GPIbα上,凝血酶与GPIbα结合可促进血小板对低浓度凝血酶的反应〔4〕。研
