心脏手术后中心静脉压测定的临床意义

摘要：

目的　探讨中心静脉压 (CVP)在心脏术后的临床意义。　方法　随机选择心脏术后患者 2 4例 ,均在三种状态下进行对比研究 :(1)患者术毕进入 ICU处于机械通气状态 ;(2 )术后 8小时处于机械通气及清醒状态 ;(3)术后2 4小时处于自主呼吸和清醒状态。分别测定 CVP、血容量 (BV)、心脏指数 (CI)和其它血流动力学指标 ,对 CVP与血流动力学指标之间进行相关分析。　结果　 CVP与 BV在术后不同状态下均无相关性 ,而与心排血量、CI均呈负相关(P<0 .0 1)。　结论　在心脏术后早期 CVP可能主要反映心排血量变化。
