摘要
NF-κB家族蛋白是一类在免疫、炎症、发育和肿瘤的发生发展中具有至关重要作用的转录因子。因此,它在细胞核内的活性受到了复杂而严密的调控。本文综合近年来的研究成果,描述了NF-κB转录因子与DNA之间动态结合的过程,以及相互选择的关系;总结了组蛋白修饰以及NF-κB转录因子自身翻译后修饰对于NF-κB转录活性的影响;列举了对于NF-κB活性起到正调控作用的共激活因子和负调控作用的共抑制因子;最后还描述了NF-κB在核内被降解的过程。
