生长因子家族在肝纤维化中的作用

摘要：

肝纤维化是以细胞外基质沉积为特征的创伤愈合过程。肝星状细胞是肝纤维化发生、发展中的关键细胞。肝星状细胞的活化受细胞因子和细胞内信号转导通路所调控。本文就近年来有关生长因子家族在肝纤维化中的作用做一综述,为肝纤维化的治疗提供新的作用靶点。
