摘要：
Melatonin is synthetised and sectreted by cells of pined body in human body. A rapid and precise method for The determination of melatonin in health-Caring madicine, based on gas chroma-tography- mass spectrometry,has ho develops. The quantitation was performed with external standard in SIM. The calibration carve of melatonin was linear in range of l~ and recovery was 75.8-91.8%,RSD was 8.25%.
