黄芪巴布剂贴脐治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤患者对肾功能的影响

摘要：

目的通过观察黄芪巴布剂贴脐治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤对肾功能的影响,初步探讨该方法能否减少肾脏替代治疗的频次。方法以2014年1～12月于我院确诊的脓毒症急性肾损伤患者为研究对象,观察常规治疗(对照组)及常规治疗基础上给予黄芪巴布剂贴脐治疗(试验组)对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者肾功能指标及肾脏替代治疗频次的影响。结果试验组患者的肾功能指标(尿素氮、肌酐、24小时尿微球蛋白)明显改善,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组肾脏替代治疗的百分率比较差异虽无显著性(P>0.05),但试验组较对照组有减少。结论黄芪巴布剂贴脐能有效降低脓毒症急性肾损伤患者肾功能指标,增加尿量。
