<正>脑卒中是全世界第二大常见的死亡原因,是成人残疾的首要原因[1]。据卫生部统计中心2010年发布的人群监测资料和流行病学调查估算,中国每年新发脑卒中约200万,患病者高达600万700万,每年死亡者近150万。给家庭以及社会带来巨大的经济、人力负担。急性脑卒中的处理应遵循早发现、早诊断、早治疗的原则,时间窗内尽早给予重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（rt-PA）静脉溶栓,是国内外临床指南推荐的针对急性缺血性脑卒中最有效的治疗方案[2]。
