长期慢性强迫游泳应激抑郁模型大鼠前额叶脑代谢物的1HNMR研究

摘要
通过离体高分辨磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)技术结合行为学测试研究,发现大鼠经慢性强迫游泳应激(CFSS)4周后出现了与临床重型抑郁症患者类似的代谢和行为异常表现:前额叶(PFC)谷氨酸系统脑代谢物如谷氨酸(Glu)、谷氨酰胺(Gln)及牛磺酸等出现显著减低;出现快感缺失、精神运动抑制及体重减轻等抑郁样行为.结果表明4周CFSS大鼠模型是一种可用于研究针对中枢谷氨酸系统异常的抗抑郁药及探讨抑郁致病机制的重要动物模型.
