摘要
脑内小胶质细胞的活化贯穿了神经退行性疾病的发生、发展全过程。抑制小胶质细胞活化已经成为防治此类疾病的重要策略。本文对近年来本课题组在白藜芦醇及其衍生物、姜黄素及其衍生物、人参皂苷等抑制小胶质细胞活化方面的研究进展进行综述,为防治神经退行性疾病药物的深入研究提供参考。
