水痘疫苗使用现状及研究进展

摘要：

水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的儿童期高度传染性疾病,初次感染时引起水痘,恢复后,残余病毒可潜伏在机体内,在合适的条件下再次活跃,引起带状疱疹。目前预防水痘病毒感染的有效方法是接种水痘疫苗。本文主要就水痘疫苗的使用现状和研究进展进行综述。
