战略选择、管理认知及路径依赖的形成与演化:行动与认知的观点

摘要：

组织路径依赖的形成过程涉及不同层面的众多因素,现有的研究中缺乏将组织微观动力机制与组织整体的变化进行整体分析的视角。通过将路径依赖分为行动上的依赖和认知上的依赖,透过企业战略选择和管理认知两个视角对组织路径依赖的形成和演化过程进行了分析,指出战略选择倾向于形成路径依赖以及管理认知对行动者行动的束缚强化了路径依赖的形成,在二者的迭代过程中路径依赖被不断强化。通过TKS的例子进一步揭示了组织发展中路径依赖形成及演化的动态过程,说明组织中路径依赖的形成与突破是战略选择与管理认知交互作用的结果。当管理认知中形成认知凝滞后,相应地,战略选择会倾向于表现出局部搜索的行为,并进一步导致路径依赖的形成。实现路径依赖的突破和创造需要从战略选择和管理认知两个方面进行突破。
