假单胞菌胆固醇酯酶的性能及其在血清总胆固醇测定中的应用

摘要：

本文报告一种新研制的假单胞菌胆固醇酯酶的应用性能,并研制了测定血清总胆固醇的试剂盒。用此试剂测定血清总胆固酵浓度在5mmol/L左右的标本时,胆固醇酯水解完全;总胆固醇在10mmol/L以上时会有少量花生四烯酸酯残留,但胆固醇酯的总水解率仍在98%以上。测定总胆固醇时显色反应在6分钟内完成,证明可以代替进口试剂在生化自动分析仪上应用,优于现有的国产酶制品。
