子宫肌层病灶切除联合子宫动脉阻断术治疗难治性子宫动静脉畸形二例报告并文献复习

<正>子宫动静脉畸形(uterine arteriovenous malformation,AVM)是指发生于子宫动静脉之间的、非功能性的交通异常,是一种较为罕见但却具有潜在生命威胁的妇科疾病。目前,子宫动脉栓塞术(uterine artery embolization,UAE)是治疗AVM的首选方法,但对于重症的病例,UAE治疗也存在着相当的风险。中山大学附属第一医院采用子宫肌层病灶切除术及宫旁血管消除术联合子宫动脉阻断术成功治疗两例难治性AVM,现报道如下。
