美国Medscape医学网站重症医学专栏对阅读量最大的网络文章进行排名,前10名依次如下:①感染性休克的液体复苏:液体正平衡和中心静脉压升高与病死率增加相关;②Dress综合征的临床研究;③全球范围内召回抗脓毒症药物Xigris:根据美国食品与药物监督管理局(FDA)的报告,Xigris在新的疗效试验中宣告失败;④糖皮质激素治疗感染性休克:可以提高对脓毒症病程中肾上腺皮质功能不全机制的深入理解;⑤采用血流动力学参数指导液体疗法;⑥在重症监护室中高剂量的右旋美托咪啶的镇静作用;⑦对革兰阴性杆菌脓毒症不适当的抗生素治疗增加了医院住院时间;⑧新的儿童脑死亡指南发布:25年来首次更新了儿童脑死亡指南;⑨什么是感染性休克最佳治疗策略?⑩高流量给氧可以减少急性呼吸衰竭患者气管插管的需求。本刊将组织专家对这些热点文章进行点评,敬请关注。
