鲍鱼必需脂肪酸营养生理研究

摘要
综述了鲍鱼必需脂肪酸 (essentialfattyacid ,EFA)营养生理研究进展。已有的研究表明鲍鱼的必需脂肪酸主要包括亚油酸 (C18∶2n 6)、亚麻酸 (C18∶3n 3 )、花生四烯酸 (C2 0∶4n 6)以及EPA(C2 0∶5n 3 ) ,但对于不同种类的鲍鱼 ,这 4种EFA效果有所不同。鲍鱼体内的脂肪酸组成因不同生长发育阶段以及摄食不同食物而存在一定差异。鲍鱼体内DHA(C2 2∶6n 3 )含量极少或痕量。由此鲍鱼对必需脂肪酸的需要与其它的水产动物存在较大差异。C2 0∶5n 3对鲍鱼的生长有着极其重要的作用 ,它能显著提高鲍鱼的生长和饲料转化率 ,改善鲍鱼的繁殖力。鲍鱼体内含有较高水平的C2 0∶4n 6。C2 0∶4n 6和C2 0∶5n 3之间的协同效应对鲍鱼的营养生理有重要的影响。对于鲍鱼体内C2 0∶4n 6潜在的生理和生化作用已逐渐引起重视 ,这将是以后研究关注的焦点。
