<正>临床上有约40%的肾病综合征患者发生激素依赖和10%15%的患者发生激素抵抗[1]。目前常规使用激素、钙调磷酸酶抑制剂（CNI）和烷化剂等药物治疗,但仍有部分患者无应答或不能耐受药物不良反应[2]。利妥昔单抗是一种人鼠嵌合单克隆抗体,其人源性区域可以介导正常的宿主效应功能。最早用于治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤[3],现已成功地被用于类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、血管炎和难治性肾病综合征等疾病的治疗[4]。我们通过Meta分析以期了解利妥昔单抗治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。一、资料和方法
