<正>1955年,Robinson和Smith率先报道了颈椎前路减压植骨融合术,认为颈椎融合能限制颈椎的活动,减少对神经根的刺激,达到改善症状的目的。7年以后Robinson等报道了4例颈椎前路融合术后骨不连并出现相应症状的患者,提出骨不连是颈椎融合术后的一种潜在的、可造成手术失败的并发症。虽然部分患者无明显症状,但大多数骨不连患者
