摘要
专业学习共同体在当前学校变革中具有重要地位,成为探讨的焦点。其作为学校改善与教师发展的一种实践模式,将教师完善、领导角色、学校改善统整为一体,共同以学生学业提高为中心。文章探讨美国专业学习共同体在理论与实践中的发展脉络及研究进展,指出走向专业学习共同体是一场深刻的革命,是一个不断磨合的过程。
