摘要：

情绪劳动是组织行为学研究中的一个新领域。我国在护理管理方面关于情绪劳动的研究还刚刚起步,通过对情绪劳动的概念、表现策略、影响及相关护理教育的研究,总结情绪劳动在护理中的研究进展;同时,对我国在此领域存在的问题进行了探讨。
