摘要：

为了解神经营养因子 4 (NT - 4 )与成年猫脊髓神经元的关系 ,用特异的NT - 4抗血清以免疫组织化学方法探讨NT - 4在成年猫脊髓L6 节段神经元中的分布 .结果 :NT - 4的免疫阳性反应物主要分布在腹角及中间带的大神经元 ,胞浆染色 ,神经突起内也有阳性反应 .此外 ,后角亦有一些NT - 4阳性神经元 .提示 ,NT - 4可能与成年猫脊髓神经元的生理功能有关 .
