人类命运共同体理念有着丰富的国际法实践,全球及区域性诸多多边国际组织已将其作为相关活动或文件的重要原则,双边或区域性的国际活动也在不断吸纳该理念并将其作为行动指南。这些均彰显出构建人类命运共同体理念对国际法实践创新所带来的活力,证明了其与人类发展的趋势和规律相吻合,并将随着国际法活动的丰富和发展,更见其强大的生命力。
