丘脑:痛觉内源性调控作用的“启动子”

摘要
作为多种感觉信息传导的中继站,丘脑不仅接受自脊髓上行的伤害性信息传入,同时也将上述信息予以加工、整合并传递至大脑皮层的不同区域。目前,丘脑在痛觉感知和调控中的作用已愈发受到科研工作者的关注。最近,丘脑背内侧核和腹内侧核更被证实能对外周不同性质的伤害性传入信息给予高度的辨识,并可启动不同的内源性下行调控作用:易化和抑制。结合近年国内、外研究成果,本文将对生理性痛和病理性痛状态下丘脑对痛觉感知和调控的影响及相关机制给予简要综述。
