黄豆秸秆灰改性铁矿石载氧体的燃煤化学链燃烧反应特性研究

摘要
采用富含碱金属和碱土金属元素的黄豆秸秆灰对铁矿石载氧体进行了改性,并在流化床上考察了改性铁矿石载氧体的燃煤化学链燃烧反应特性。结果表明,黄豆秸秆灰的存在能够明显改善铁矿石的反应性能,CO2捕集浓度、碳转化率和瞬时气化速率均得到不同程度的提高。随着黄豆秸秆灰添加量和运行温度的增加,改性铁矿石的反应性能得到逐渐提升。对改性铁矿石循环反应特性的研究表明,黄豆秸秆灰中高K/Si比能够防止铁矿石载氧体的严重烧结,使得改性铁矿石能够保持多孔结构,循环反应性能保持稳定,但需要加强黄豆秸秆灰在铁矿石载氧体上的附着能力。
