摘要：

<正>体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)已广泛地应用于骨骼-肌肉疾病的疼痛治疗,其作为一种治疗骨骼-肌肉系统疾病的方法,有关近期及远期疗效的临床研究,以及相关机制的基础研究,备受国内外研究者关注。本文综述了ESWT治疗足底筋膜炎、股骨头坏死、网球肘、肌腱病的临床疗效及相关技术的研究结果,探讨ESWT治疗的优缺点和发展前景以及研究方向。
