我国基层医院慢性心力衰竭药物治疗现状调查

摘要：

目的了解我国基层医院(2级及以下)慢性心力衰竭(CHF)药物治疗现状。方法17个地区(11个省、3个直辖市和3个自治区)2066所基层医院,每所医院至少1名心内科、急诊科或综合内科主治医师以上的医生在接受培训之前,就本医院CHF药物治疗情况回答调查问卷。回收有效问卷2100份,表格编号,2遍录入计算机,用SPSS软件进行资料的分析。结果症状性CHF患者利尿剂使用率为90%;大剂量地高辛(≥0.25mg/d)使用率为10%;β受体阻滞剂使用率为40%,靶剂量的使用率只有1%;血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)使用率为80%,靶剂量的使用率只有2%;如青海、贵州等省基层医院靶剂量β受体阻滞剂和ACEI使用率为0。结论加强CHF规范治疗推广力度,尤其重视边远地区,提高ACEI和β受体阻滞剂及其靶剂量的使用率。
