摘要：

<正> 信息支持(informational support)是社会支持的一个重要组成部分[1,2,3]。Lazarus认为,当人们面对有压力的环境时,会对压力源进行认知评判,如果评判结果为压力源对自己是一种威胁或挑战,他就会采取应对策略,以缓解心理压力。寻求信息和支持就是应对措施之一[2]。大量研究表明,通常人患病时需要较多的信息帮助[4]。Fieler等[4]曾对患者认为重要的信息内容作了排列,它们分别是:①与疾病和治疗有关的信息;②与身体健康有关的信息;③如何减少治疗中药物副反应的信息;④与工作和休息有关的信息;⑤能增强患者对治疗作用机制理解的信息;⑥认知(包括情感和行为)方面的信息。
