心理护理干预对肝硬化失代偿期患者心理健康状况的影响

摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对肝硬化失代偿期患者心理健康状况的影响。方法将76例肝硬化失代偿期住院患者随机分为心理护理干预组和常规护理组各38例。心理护理干预组患者在常规护理基础上进行心理护理干预,常规护理组患者仅进行常规护理。入院第1天及出院前1天,均采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者心理健康状况进行测试评分,比较两组患者治疗前后心理健康状况。结果干预前两组患者各项因子分值比较无统计学差异,干预后心理护理干预组在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执及精神病性等因子分值均明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05),且心理护理干预组干预后各因子分值与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可明显改善肝硬化失代偿期患者心理健康状况,提高患者的生存质量。
