摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种消化系统难治病,其腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等临床症状严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,其发病率也随着生活压力的升高以及饮食结构的改变而日益增长,但是目前溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效并不理想。该文通过查阅近年来有关溃疡性结肠炎治疗的中、英文文献,将溃疡性结肠炎的现代治疗方法进行统一归纳,为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供思路。
