摘要：

建筑安全问题已成为全世界范围内建筑业最为关心的问题。随着信息技术在建筑业内的应用和不断深入,学者和安全管理人员正试图寻求基于信息技术的建筑安全管理方法,其中以建筑信息模型(BIM)为代表。旨在介绍建筑业内BIM及相关信息技术在建筑生命周期各阶段(包括设计阶段、施工前阶段、施工阶段、运营阶段等)安全管理上的应用和研究现状,并对基于BIM的全生命周期安全管理理念进行讨论和展望。
