关节软骨生化结构及其与力学性能关系研究进展

摘要
关节软骨缺损在临床很常见。由于血液供应差及应答创伤反应的未分化细胞群相对缺乏,软骨缺损很难自行修复。组织工程技术可将具有软骨形成潜能的细胞接种到生物可降解材料上形成细胞-支架三维复合物,该复合物在体外或体内可形成组织工程化软骨,有望解决软骨缺损修复这一临床难题。要构建具有完整结构和稳定功能的组织工程化软骨,必须深入了解软骨的形态结构、功能及其关系。文章就正常及组织工程化关节软骨的生化结构及其与生物力学性能的关系进行综述。
