摘要
<正> 肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)为消化道最常见的功能性疾病之一,其主要症状为腹部不适和(或)疼痛及慢性间歇性排便习惯和粪便性状改变,有时伴随机体其他系统的一系列症状,缺乏形态学和生化学的异常改变。该病病因目前尚不完全明确,发病机制复杂,病理表现主要与肠道动力异常、内脏高敏感性、炎症、脑肠轴和精神异常等有关。IBS中机体神经、平滑肌上离子通道
